“Offer” means any discount, benefit, promotion or deal displayed in the Service.

3. What DiscGo does and does not do
3.1 DiscGo is an aggregator and discovery tool. We help you:
(a) discover Offers and benefits from Partner Platforms and Merchants; and/or
(b) organize and track your use of Offers (including estimated savings), depending on the features available.
3.2 We do not currently contract directly with Merchants to create discounts (although this may change in the future).
3.3 Offers and listings are generally provided by Partner Platforms, Merchants, and/or Business Partners. Transactions (e.g., purchases, redemptions, bookings) are between you and the Merchant and/or Partner Platform, not DiscGo.
3.4 DiscGo is not responsible for the Merchant’s/Partner Platform’s products, services, fulfilment, availability, or whether an Offer is honoured.
Eligibility and account
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
4.2 If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Advertisement, sponsored listings, and monetisation
5.1 The Service may include:
(a) Sponsored Listings (clearly labelled “Sponsored” or similar);
(b) Banner ads; and
(c) Full-screen ads (including video) (“Full-screen Ads”).
5.2 Ad labelling: We aim to clearly label advertising material as advertising (for example, “Ad” or “Sponsored”), and Sponsored Listings will be labelled.
5.3 Full-screen Ads requirement (ad-supported experience):
(a) In the free/ad-supported version of the Service, certain actions or features may require you to view a Full-screen Ad for a limited duration (generally not exceeding 30 seconds) before you can proceed.
(b) If you do not wish to view Full-screen Ads, you may choose not to proceed with that action/feature or you may subscribe to an ad-free plan (see section 6).
(c) If an ad fails to load due to technical reasons, the relevant action/feature may be delayed or temporarily unavailable; we will aim to restore functionality as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.4 We may receive fees/commissions from Advertisers, Partner Platforms, or Business Partners when you view/click ads, click through to partner sites, or redeem Offers. Unless clearly stated at the point of transaction, this does not increase the price you pay to the Merchant/Partner Platform.
Offer information, accuracy, and feedback
6.1 Third-party sources. Many listings and Offers are sourced via Partner Platform APIs/data feeds or provided by Business Partners/Merchants.
6.2 Not inaccurate by design. We do not intentionally publish inaccurate information, but errors may occur due to third-party updates, delays, or technical issues (e.g., Offer expired, changed terms, incorrect opening hours).
6.3 What we do if something is wrong. If we become aware of an issue (including through user reports), we will review it in good faith and, where appropriate, correct or remove the affected content as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.4 Reporting inaccuracies. You can report incorrect listings or other content through in-app support or email at [support@discgo.co]. Please provide details (screenshots, outlet name, date/time) to help investigation.
6.5 Verify before relying. You should verify Offer details with the Merchant/Partner Platform before relying on them, especially for restrictions, exclusions, blackouts, eligibility, and validity.
Third-party links and services
7.1 The Service may link to third-party websites/apps (including Partner Platforms). Those third parties are responsible for their own services, terms, and privacy practices.
7.2 DiscGo does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or your transactions with them.
User Content
8.1 If you submit content (feedback, reviews, comments, etc.), you remain responsible for it.
8.2 You grant DiscGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and modify your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
8.3 We may remove User Content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringes rights, or breaches these Terms.

9.1 DiscGo and its licensors own the Service and associated intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms or law.
