Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use the DiscGo app, our website, including the venue pages you open from a venue code, and any related service (together, the Service). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy, at https://www.discgo.co/privacy-policy, explains how we handle your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how DISCGO TECH - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DiscGo, we, us), the controller of your personal data, collects, uses, shares and protects it when you use the DiscGo mobile app, our website, including the venue pages you can open from a venue code, or contact us (together, the Services). We process personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Our Terms of Use, at https://www.discgo.co/terms-and-conditions, govern your use of the Services.

This Policy does not cover the merchants, partner platforms, banks, card issuers, loyalty programmes, app stores or sign-in providers you deal with through the Services. They have their own privacy policies. If you run a business listed on DiscGo, the DiscGo Business Merchant Privacy Notice we give you at registration applies to that relationship.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by DISCGO TECH - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DiscGo, we, us). Reach us at hello@discgo.co, through in-app support (Account > Support) or, for partnership and business enquiries, at partners@discgo.co.

2. What DiscGo is

DiscGo brings together offers, discounts and benefits from banks, cards, loyalty programmes, partner platforms and merchants, and lets you save, organise and keep track of them. Some offers are published directly by merchants through DiscGo Business; others come from partner platforms and other sources.

We are not the seller of what an offer is about. Any purchase, booking or redemption is between you and the merchant or platform, which sets the offer’s conditions and is responsible for honouring it and for its goods, services, refunds and complaints.

3. Using the Service

  • You must be at least 18. Below the age of majority where you live, use the Service only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision.

  • You can browse without an account. Saving favourites, adding cards and memberships to your wallet, preferences, inviting friends and a profile need one. Sign in with Apple, with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email; the sign-in providers’ own terms and privacy policies also apply.

  • Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us if you think someone else is using it.

  • Adding a card, membership or programme is for finding and organising offers only. It does not connect DiscGo to your bank, card issuer or programme, and we never ask for card numbers, PINs or passwords.

4. Offers and accuracy

We take reasonable care with offer information, but it comes from many sources and can change or contain errors: an offer may expire, its conditions may change, or details such as opening hours may be out of date. Check the conditions, exclusions and validity with the merchant or platform before you rely on an offer. If you spot a mistake, tell us through in-app support or hello@discgo.co, ideally with the venue, the date and a screenshot, and we will review it and fix or remove it if it is wrong. Marking an offer as used, saving it, or any savings estimate the Service shows is for your own reference only; it does not prove a redemption or give you any right against the merchant or platform.

5. Advertising and how we earn money

DiscGo is free to use. It is supported by advertising and sponsored listings, which we label as such, and by fees or commissions we may earn from advertisers, platforms, affiliate networks and merchants when you view or click content, follow a link or code, or redeem an offer.

6. Your content

You are responsible for anything you submit, such as feedback, reviews, messages or invite links. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display and adapt it as needed to operate, improve and promote the Service. We may remove content we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringes someone’s rights or breaks these Terms.

7. Our content and acceptable use

The Service and its content, other than third-party content, belong to DiscGo or its licensors, and you may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not use the Service unlawfully; copy, scrape or extract its data in bulk or with automated tools; bypass security or access controls; interfere with it, for example with malware or overload attacks; or use our data or content to build a competing product. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

8. Third-party services

The Service links to and works with third-party websites, apps and services, such as merchants, partner platforms, app stores, sign-in providers and map providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, or for your dealings with them.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as it is and as available; we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features or withdraw the Service, and will tell you about changes that materially affect you. We may also update these Terms: the current version and its date are always published on this page, and using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it; a change that needs your agreement applies to you only once you have given it.

10. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or restrict your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, for security reasons or when the law requires it, and will explain why and how to resolve it unless the law prevents us.

11. Liability

The Service is a discovery and information tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of offers, and we do not give legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, or for the acts or omissions of merchants, platforms, advertisers or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or takes away consumer rights the law gives you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction unless the law provides otherwise. You may also complain to the relevant consumer-protection authority.
