Shukran UAE in 2026: Turn the Points You Already Earn Into Savings
Shukran UAE (2026): Points, Offers & How to Redeem
How Landmark Group’s free Shukran programme works in the UAE: earning and spending points, linking online accounts, expiry and checkout checks.

A loyalty balance is easy to collect and easy to leave unused. Shukran becomes more useful when you check that balance before the next planned shopping trip, rather than remembering it after the receipt is printed.
What is Shukran?
Shukran is Landmark Group’s loyalty programme: members earn points on eligible purchases and use them towards savings. It also has member offers and other benefits. Keep the programme’s points balance and a specific promotional offer separate when comparing prices. Centrepoint: What is Shukran?
Membership is free for life, with no joining fee or minimum spend to enrol. Centrepoint’s official enrolment guidance includes signing up in a participating store, online or through the Shukran app. Centrepoint: Shukran membership
What are the points worth?
Centrepoint’s UAE help pages state that 20 Shukrans are worth AED 1 and that credited points are valid for 24 months. They also state that points do not cover shipping or Cash on Delivery charges. Check the balance, expiry and eligible redemption shown in your own account. Centrepoint: Shukran help
For illustration, 1,000 Shukrans represent AED 50 at that published rate. That is a useful way to understand the balance, but it does not establish an earning percentage: the points earned on a purchase can depend on the brand and promotion.
How to use Shukran in-store and online
Open the Shukran app or your linked retailer account and check the available balance before shopping.
In-store, present your active membership before payment and confirm the available redemption with the cashier.
For Centrepoint online purchases, link your UAE Shukran membership under My Account before checkout.
At checkout, review the Pay with Shukrans option and final amount, then confirm the transaction.
Centrepoint’s account-linking guidance explains that an existing Shukran member should connect the membership through the Shukran tab in My Account. Having both accounts without linking them is not the same as linking the purchase to the programme. Centrepoint: Link your online account
Three checks before paying
The retailer and country: use the participating retailer’s UAE rules and your UAE membership.
The payment split: the points you earn may differ when part of the purchase is paid with a voucher.
The final bill: compare the checkout total, including delivery, with the price you would otherwise pay.
Centrepoint says purchases paid with promotional or Return Vouchers do not earn Shukrans on that portion. Where a voucher is combined with cash or card, only that cash or card portion earns points. Centrepoint: Points on vouchers
Our advice is to use the balance towards something on your existing shopping list. Buying an extra item to “use the points” can cost more than letting a small balance go. Before an online order, confirm the amount the checkout will actually let you redeem.
Frequently asked questions
Is Shukran a credit card?
Shukran is a loyalty membership. If a bank card also earns Shukrans, its banking terms are separate from the programme and retailer’s redemption rules.
Can I use points in another country?
Centrepoint’s help states that earning and spending are limited to the country where the membership was issued. Check the provider before relying on a UAE balance abroad.
Do points remain available indefinitely?
The published Centrepoint guidance gives credited points a 24-month validity. Check your expiry dates regularly; membership staying active does not mean old points stay valid forever.
